Consulting support for foreign projects includes:
Consulting on the main sections of the project in accordance with the provisions of the building regulations ‘Procedure for the development, coordination, approval and composition of project documentation for construction’ at the stages of ‘Concept’, ‘Preliminary design’, “Design” and ‘Working documentation’ in accordance with the requirements of building regulations, rules and standards of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Comparative analysis of the possibilities of applying international standards or standards of leading countries of the world and development of appropriate recommendations taking into account their requirements in accordance with the conditions set forth in regulatory documents on the procedure for applying international, regional and national standards and regulatory documents on standardisation, certification and accreditation.
Provision of advice on the necessary documentation for all stages of the project and the rules for obtaining permits and approvals, including obtaining the necessary initial data and technical conditions for connection to municipal engineering networks, assistance in drafting various letters and appeals to the authorised state bodies.
Technical support for foreign projects includes:
Compilation and preparation of project documentation for further submission to the relevant authorised bodies and State Expert Review, including:
- preparation of explanatory notes prepared by the project authors in accordance with the requirements in force in Kazakhstan, including all necessary systematised source data obtained in cooperation with the Customer (Akim’s decrees, land use acts, decisions of the city planning council, topographic surveys, technical conditions for connection to utilities, architectural and planning specifications, design specifications, and many others);
- performing comparative structural calculations and engineering load calculations.
Interaction with the customer on the passage of project approval procedures in the authorised state supervisory bodies (fire, sanitary and epidemiological, environmental) and in the city’s architecture and urban planning department.
Support and protection of the project until a positive conclusion of the state examination is issued.
