Projects progress tracking

Our company offers services in consulting and technical support of projects developed by foreign design companies with execution of the whole complex of works on adaptation of these projects to the requirements of legislation applicable in our country, including the requirements of the building code, rules and standards of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Consulting support of foreign project includes:

Advising on the main design disciplines under the terms of the building code "Instructions on the procedure of elaboration, coordination, approval, and composition of design documentation for construction of enterprises, buildings, and structures" at phases "Concept", "Schematic design", "Design Development" and "Construction documentation" in accordance with the requirements of the building code, rules and standards of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Comparative analysis of the possibilities to apply the international codes or standards of the leading world countries and development of appropriate recommendations based on their requirements in accordance with the terms set out in the regulations on application of the international, regional and national standards and regulations on standardization, certification and accreditation.

Rendering of consultations on appropriate packaging of all design phases and rules for undergoing of permitting procedures and approvals, including obtaining the necessary basic data and technical conditions on relocation and connection to the city's utilities network, assistance in drafting various letters and requests to the public authorities.

Technical support of foreign project includes:

Packaging and execution of design documentation for onward transmission to the appropriate authorities and GosExpertiza, including:

• execution of explanatory notes prepared by the design authors in accordance with the requirements in force in Kazakhstan, with the inclusion of all the necessary systematic basic data obtained in the interaction with the customer (resolutions of Akim, land use certificates, city urban planning council solutions, topographic surveys, technical conditions for connection to utilities, architectural and planning assignment, design brief, etc.);
• performance of comparative structural and engineering load calculations.

Interaction with the customer for undergoing the design approval procedures in the authorized state supervision agencies (fire protection, sanitary and epidemiological station, ecological), and in the city department for architecture and urban planning.

Design support and protection up to to the issuance of a positive conclusion of GosExpertiza.
